Mary was born in Pueblo, CO on July 3, 1924.  She moved to Aliquippa, PA when she was a small child.  Vincent was born at home in Woodlawn ( nowAliquippa) in 1925. They lived and worked in Aliquippa,  a small steel town near Pittsburgh.  Vincent was in the wholesale produce busness with his father and two brothers.  In 1975, the family busniness closed and Vincent went to work for the LTV Steel Company in Aliquippa.
